Major services / spares we supply Irwin Group specialises in marine seawater cooling and piping systems, in particular: - Prefabricated PE-lined (polyethylene-lined) seawater pipe spools - corrosion-resistant renewals for seawater cooling, ballast, and general service lines - Pipe renewal surveys and 3D scanning for full prefabrication, with 100% first-time fit on installation (no engine-room hot work or welding required at the vessel) - Voyage repair and dry-docking pipe renewal packages - Associated piping components within these systems, including flanges, supports and expansion / movement joints supplied as part of a complete spool package Our model is to pre-fabricate ashore and deliver finished, ready-to-install spools, minimising vessel downtime and docking days. 2.
