We use cookie-based attribution with a 30-day window. Last click wins — if a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent one before registration gets the credit.
Commissions are settled monthly. Once your balance exceeds €50, you receive a payout by bank transfer within 14 business days.
By default we use self-billing (Gutschrift), so we create the settlement document for you. Alternatively, you can issue your own invoices.
Yes — you can share your affiliate link on your website, blog, newsletter, LinkedIn, and other channels. You must disclose the affiliate relationship and comply with GDPR. Paid brand-term bidding (e.g. Google Ads on "TrustedDocks") requires prior written consent.
Conversion commissions are subject to a 30-day chargeback window. If the user cancels or requests a refund within that period, the commission is reversed.
