(acquired from Daoda Heavy Industry in March 2014) locates at the entrance from Yangtze River to the East China Sea. The shipyard covering an area of 800000m with a coastline of 1100m. It is capable to build almost the majority types of bulk carriers, special engineering vessels and offshore platforms.
