FTI Solutions (Fatila Techno Innovations) is an independent engineering and technical services company supporting marine, offshore, port, and industrial operations across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Jordan. FTI specializes in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and recovery of complex electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems in operational environments where downtime, legacy equipment, or mixed-vendor systems create high risk. We support vessel operators, ship managers, ports, and offshore facilities during fault investigation, commissioning challenges, system instability, and time-critical operational failures. Our scope includes electrical panels, power distribution, drives, PLC and SCADA systems, sensors, marine electronics, control interfaces, and automation platforms. We focus on repair-versus-replacement technical advisory, root-cause analysis, and practical engineering solutions when OEM support is delayed, unavailable, or no longer viable. FTI operates as a non-competing engineering support partner, working alongside maintenance teams, ship managers, and project engineers without interfering with existing OEM or contractor relationships. Our role is to stabilize systems, restore reliability, reduce downtime, and extend asset life through disciplined engineering intervention. With established operations in Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and an active presence in the United Arab Emirates, FTI provides responsive on-site and remote technical support aligned with the operational realities of marine and offshore environments across the Middle East.
