Tuong Aik Shipyard (TAS) is located at Lot 199, Jalan Sg. Ma’aw, Sg. Bidut, 96008 Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia. The Shipyard is spread over about 12 acres of area at present. TAS is accessible by air, road, and river. TAS is a leading player in the Asian market for purpose-built offshore service vessels. The company has built a range of standardized offshore vessels developed and designed in-house or externally, in close cooperation with leading offshore vessel designers. In addition to standardized vessels, several customized offshore vessels have been built by TA Yards. State-of-the art expertise is a priority in the construction of specialized vessels and offshore service vessels. We build a significant share of the Asian’s current orders for Offshore Support Vessel (OSV) and anchor-handlers (AHTS). TAS develops innovative conceptual solutions in close cooperation with our customers. An experienced team of engineers works seamlessly within TA Yards’ various design and development units to use the Group’s vast technology base and accumulated know-how to improve the performance of customer’s vessels. During past decade, the Shipyard has constructed and delivered One Hundred fifty four(154) Vessels including Ocean Multi Purpose Tugs and Offshore Supply Vessels, Dynamic Positioning Ships, Anchor Handling Tug Supply Vessels, Multi-purpose Support Vessel, Offshore Utility Vessels, etc. for leading companies in Asia.
