BASREC provides a wide variety of steel work on containers that are both ISO 9001-2008 and IICL approved. BASREC’s team consists of highly qualified technicians and skilled engineers. BASREC’s team is specialized with working on the thin steel with minimum distortions. We also have facilities for the block fabrication and assembling on the ships. Our steel shop is equipped with bending machines, shearing machines, rolling machines and all kinds of welding machines. We are proud to have received a special award from the U.S. NAVY for creating the Mock-up for the fabrication process with the least distortion. BASREC have facilities for carrying out post weld heat treatment for the higher thickness steel. We have ASNT Level II qualified inspectors for all kinds of non-destructive testing such as Magnetic Particle Test, Liquid Penetrant Test and Ultrasonic Test. Our team of highly qualified welders and fabricators carry out all types of steel works and welding works such as SMAW, TIG, MIG and SAW.
