Chinese shipyard originally established in 1958, re-registered in 1980. Located in Qianqiao Industrial Zone, Huishan District, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province. State-owned enterprise (60% Suzhou Tianwo Technology, 40% Wuxi Industrial Development Group). Designated National High-tech Enterprise and Provincial Specialized & Innovative SME (2024). Dual military-civilian production: military pontoon bridge equipment, military auxiliary ships, and oil tankers; civilian inland river vessels including tugboats, cargo barges, oil tankers, fireboats, and tourist vessels. Also undertakes large steel structure projects (road bridges, pedestrian overpasses).
