China Southern Fishery Co Ltd is a subsidiary of Liancheng Overseas Fishery (Shenzhen) Group, a diversified company established in December 2016 with twelve wholly-owned subsidiaries both inside and outside of China, primarily focused on fishing. The company's general business activities include offshore fishing, acquisition, wholesale, and retail of aquatic products, as well as trading in instruments, fishing machinery, fishing gear, electronic products, communication equipment (excluding radio and television transmission equipment and receiving facilities), and import and export. They operate a fleet of over 80 large steel fishing vessels, scientific research vessels, and ocean engineering vessels. Additionally, they have overseas fishing bases in locations such as Majuro (Marshall Islands), Palau, and Pohnpei (Federated States of Micronesia), providing services like fish unloading, replenishment, and seafood transportation.
