PaxOcean Singapore (5JS Yard)
Launched in December 2025, PaxOcean Singapore @ 5JS is strategically located in the heart of Jurong’s industrial and maritime hub, providing unrivalled access to Singapore’s marine and offshore ecosystem. Set across 17.26 hectares with 1,250 m of prime waterfront and three berthing piers, PaxOcean Singapore @ 5JS is a next-generation shipyard built to take on vessels up to Suezmax size, anchored by two graving docks and one floating dock that deliver scale, speed and flexibility. At the heart of the yard is an 8,400 sqm Integrated Workshop, engineered for complex marine and offshore projects, where streamlined workflows and close dry-dock proximity translate into faster execution and higher productivity. The Integrated Workshop includes a dedicated 648 sqm Cryogenic Workshop to support repairs of critical LNG systems for LNG carriers and LNG-fuelled vessels. A purpose-built Module and Steel Workshop, equipped with 25-ton overhead cranes, drives efficient fabrication of large structural modules and outfitted blocks. An expansive open fabrication and storage area, designed for up to 20 kPa loading capacity, enables seamless assembly, staging and load-out of large-scale modules and other fabricated structures. Completing the ecosystem is a 6,800 sqm solar-powered corporate office and Client Business Centre, an Engineering Centre of Excellence and the iHub5 innovation hub, positioning 5JS as a launchpad for efficient, sustainable and future-ready ship repair, conversion and newbuild solutions.
