We have successfully completed countless new construction, conversion, repair, and maintenance projects, including cruiseship conversions, work for the Canadian Navy, repair and maintenance work on deepsea vessels and containerships, as well as new construction and repair work on ferries, tugs, fishing vessels, Arctic Class and research vessels, barges and yachts of all sizes and types. Victoria Shipyards operates within the federally-owned Esquimalt Graving Dock, the largest solid bottom commercial drydock on the West Coast of the Americas. Victoria Shipyards can drydock and repair all types of vessels, including cruise ships, fishing vessels, ferries, barges, tankers and naval vessels, performing a wide range of repairs up to and including complete vessel conversions.

Features one of the largest dry docks in Canada, measuring 244 meters long by 56 meters wide, capable of accommodating large commercial vessels and support ships. Green Marine certified.

Point Hope Maritime's full-service shipyard is strategically located on the harbour in Victoria, B.C., Canada. For over a hundred years, Point Hope Maritime has played a key role in the commercial and industrial activities of the Port of Victoria by servicing visiting vessels in our safe harbor. From 1873 to now, we continue to repair and refit all types of Commercial and Private vessels. We work to the highest professional standards in the Pacific Northwest and have been successful by focusing on efficient high-quality service of these vessels by our skilled employees. The shipyard invests heavily in infrastructure improvements, environmental upgrades and maintains a focus on safe operations. Our extensive facilities include a Marine Railway, 15,000 square foot climate controlled assembly shed for specialized steel and aluminum fabrication, plus access to fully equipped metal fabrication and machine shop in United Engineering Ltd, also a Ralmax Group Company.
