Infrastructure and Production Capacity The shipyard operates within an integrated facility infrastructure equipped with slipways, enclosed paint halls, and extensive open fabrication areas, possessing an annual steel processing capacity of 7,500 tons. The facility is capable of executing: -New Building projects up to 25,000 DWT, -Docking, Repair, and Conversion operations for vessels up to 15,000 DWT. All production processes are conducted in strict compliance with international IACS classification society standards, technical specifications, and occupational safety norms. History Founded in 1960 by Mr. Habip BAYRAK in Istanbul, Çeksan Shipyard initially focused on the construction of wooden and steel vessels. Parallel to the evolving needs of the maritime sector, the company transitioned to full steel construction in 1979 and moved to its current location in Tuzla Bay in 1986 to increase capacity. Following extensive infrastructure modernization in the 1990s, the shipyard continues its operations today under the management of the third-generation Bayrak family, delivering value to the global shipping industry with half a century of expertise.

HAT-SAN Shipyard, located in Yalova, provides turnkey newbuilding, repair, maintenance and conversion services with an experienced management team. The yard spans 110,000 m² with about 2,500 meters of well equipped pier length, allowing simultaneous operations without delay. A gantry crane enables lifting up to 300 tons from afloat vessels, supported by an 85 tons jib crane with 44 m outreach. HAT-SAN operates two floating docks of 250x38 m and 230x38 m along with 22,000 m² mechanical and 22,000 m² piping & steel workshops. In the newbuilding sector, the yard has successfully delivered tankers, fishing vessels, power ships and floating docks, demonstrating strong engineering and production capabilities.
