Gas Carrier TULIP Detained in Maoming Following Inspection

The gas carrier TULIP (IMO 8912558), flagged in Cameroon, was detained by Port State Control authorities after an inspection at the port of Maoming on 26 Oct 2026, under the Tokyo MOU regime. Inspectors recorded a total of 8 deficiencies, of which 4 were classified as detainable, prompting the decision to hold the vessel in port until the issues are rectified.
