Oil Tanker Towed to Safety After Breakdown Off Kocaeli

The 87-metre tanker NECATİ ALPAGÜL, carrying 240 tonnes of fuel oil, suffered a breakdown off Bayramoğlu, Kocaeli, on September 12. The vessel was taken under tow by the tug Şark and safely moved to the Eskihisar Anchorage Area under the coordination of the İzmit Ship Traffic Services Centre.
