Bulk Carrier SSI BRILLIANT Detained in Rizhao

The bulk carrier SSI BRILLIANT (IMO 9567099) has been detained following a Port State Control inspection at Rizhao under the Tokyo MOU regime. The inspection, conducted on 28 Aug 2026, identified 10 deficiencies in total, three of which were classified as detainable.
