RMS Team Drone Attack in Black Sea; One Crew Missing

The RMS Team was sailing toward Novorossiysk when attacked by a drone, forcing the crew to abandon ship. Eleven sailors were rescued, while one remains missing. All the rescued crew were safe with no injuries reported. A fire later spread from the accommodation and engine room to the container bays. The vessel’s last AIS signal was recorded on August 20 at 04:45, about 174 km from Novorossiysk following which on 21 August Operator Akkon Lines said that the vessel and its cargo could be a constructive total loss.
