Sefine Completes Upgrade of OOCL Montreal Container Ship

Sefine Shipyard has successfully completed docking and technical upgrade works on the OOCL MONTREAL, a 4,402 TEU fully cellular container vessel owned by Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL). The vessel measures 294 meters in length with a beam of 32.26 meters. The project scope included standard docking and maintenance activities, installation of an Alternative Maritime Power (AMP) system, and fitting of Hub Vortex Absorber Fins (HVAF) along with a Pressure Safety Valve (PSV). These upgrades aim to enhance the vessel's operational efficiency and environmental performance. Sefine expressed gratitude to OOCL for their trust and cooperation throughout the project.
