On 24 Jun 2026, Jiangnan Shipyard officially named and delivered CMA CGM BERENICE, the fifth vessel in a series of six 15,000-TEU methanol dual-fuel container ships built for CMA CGM. The ship measures 366 meters in length and is based on Jiangnan's KUN-15M design, which emphasizes high cargo capacity and advanced environmental performance. Powered by a methanol dual-fuel propulsion system, CMA CGM BERENICE aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pollutants compared to conventional fuel-powered vessels.
