Qingdao Shipyard Delivers 19th Bulk Carrier to LAVINIA Group

On 15 Jun 2026, Qingdao Shipyard held the naming and delivery ceremony for MV YPERION, the 19th 82,000 DWT bulk carrier built for Greece’s LAVINIA Group. The vessel continues the shipyard’s ongoing production of bulk carriers for the Greek shipping company. MV YPERION adds to LAVINIA Group’s fleet capacity, supporting its bulk cargo operations. Qingdao Shipyard has established a strong partnership with LAVINIA Group through multiple vessel deliveries. This latest handover marks another milestone in their collaboration.
