Winning Ambition Delivered as New 325,000 DWT Ore Carrier

Winning International Group held a naming and delivery ceremony on 16 Jun 2026 for its first 325,000 DWT WinningMax ultra-large ore carrier, Winning Ambition, at CSSC Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. The vessel measures 330 meters in length, 60 meters in beam, and 30.5 meters in depth, with a cruising range of 37,000 nautical miles. It meets the strictest Tier III Energy Efficiency Design Index (EEDI) standards. Equipped with a 12,000-cubic-meter methanol fuel tank separated from oil bunkers, the ship can be retrofitted without major hull modifications and supports round voyages between China and Guinea. Additional features include a shaft generator and high-voltage shore power system to enhance energy efficiency and support green, low-carbon operations. This delivery marks the launch of Winning’s new-generation green large ore carrier fleet.
