Boreal Orders 20 Electric Candela P-12 Ferries

Norwegian operator Boreal has placed an order for 20 Candela P-12 electric hydrofoil ferries, marking the deployment of the world’s largest fleet of electric hydrofoil vessels. These ferries will provide fast, zero-emission transport along Norway’s fjords, supporting the country’s leadership in electrification and sustainable transport. Candela CEO Gustav Hasselskog expressed pride in partnering with Boreal to advance zero-emission waterways in Norway.
