Inspection Reveals Fire Drill at Bulk Carrier in Constanta

**GLIMLIT passes Paris MoU inspection in Constanta**
On 01 Apr 2026, the bulk carrier GLIMLIT was inspected in Constanta by Paris MoU authorities under an expanded inspection regime.
Built in 2010, the 15-year-old vessel of 17,027 gross tonnes flies the BB flag and is managed by Hellenic Glamor Shipping LLC. Checks covered the accommodation and galley, ballast tanks, cargo area, engine room, navigation bridge, decks and forecastle, and steering-room, while a fire drill was also observed. Inspectors found three deficiencies but none were detainable.
The vessel was not detained and sailed from Constanta later that day.
