No Spill After Tanker Strikes Port Infrastructure at Ust-Luga

A manoeuvring incident involving the Liberian-flagged crude oil tanker Tony resulted in damage to port infrastructure at Russia’s Ust-Luga terminal on 14 February.The tanker, loaded with petroleum products, was entering the port when it struck a berth wall during a turn in icy conditions. The impact caused damage to the quay and a port crane, regional transport prosecutors said. No injuries or oil spill were reported.
