Chinese shipbuilding company established in 2024 following the asset reorganization of predecessor Jiujiang Xiangsheng Shipbuilding Co., Ltd. Located in Pengze County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province. Facility features a 400-ton large gantry crane (70 m span), PSPC-compliant painting workshop, indoor section manufacturing workshop, and dedicated stainless steel workshop. Specializes in high-value-added, environmentally friendly vessels including LNG-powered ships, oil/chemical tankers (7,999 DWT class), and 1,600 TEU container ships for international markets. Equipped with automated welding robot production lines and smart manufacturing systems. Modernization supported by Jiujiang Municipal Government as a key strategic industrial project with strategic investors from Fujian.
