NCC Ghazal Latest Saudi Tanker Targeted in Houthi Attack Claim

The Saudi oil tanker NCC Ghazal was reportedly targeted with ballistic missiles after allegedly violating a Houthi-imposed maritime ban on Saudi ports. The Houthi group claimed responsibility for the attack on 28 July. Military spokesperson Yahya Saree said the tanker had ignored repeated warnings and was forced to reverse course following the strike. The claim has not been independently verified, and Saudi authorities and the vessel’s operator had not issued an immediate response.
