The many years of experience in shipbuilding allow us to offer to you fast and high-quality service. Moreover, we provide facilities for conversions of any kind at our repair locations in the Netherlands. Previous projects include the extension of a vessel and the conversion of a coaster to a hopper dredger. Both projects have been carried out at our location in Hardinxveld-Giessendam. Our facilities We have various slipways, and moorings at our locations. The facilities are easily accessible because of the direct connection to the Port of Rotterdam and Europe’s most important inland waterways. Side-launching slipway: Length: 137 meters Width: 40 meters Ship cradles, quantity: 18 Load/cradle max: 300 tons Ship’s weight max: 5.500 tons Ship’s draught max: 4,5 meters Mobile crane capacity: 4,5 tons x 40 meters Additionally, Neptune has got a 250 meter quay facility to repair or mobilize vessels and pontoons. In combination with the mobile crane, with a capacity of 10 tons x 30 meters, we are able to carry out many repair or mobilization works.
