Search Underway for Two Indian Seafarers After Black Sea Attack

Two Indian seafarers remain missing after the Palau-flagged cargo vessel AGN Ragnar was struck by three drones in the Black Sea on 25 July, the Indian Embassy in Ukraine said. The incident is the latest merchant shipping attack amid the continuing Russia–Ukraine conflict in the Black Sea. The attack occurred as the vessel was departing through the Bystre Channel at the mouth of the Danube River. The remaining seven crew members, including two Indians, and the pilot were rescued by the Ukrainian Coast Guard.
