Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen is within easy reach of the major North Sea shipping routes and in the centre of the ARA ports. With the North Sea only six miles away, costly diversions are avoided. Being directly accessible with an entrance width of 500 metres, almost any size and type of ship can enter the harbour at any state of the tide. Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen has three superbly equipped dry docks, including a state-of-the-art covered dry dock with a length of 215 metres, an air draft of 51 metres and an overhead crane capacity of 300 tonnes. We can dry dock vessels up to 240 metres in length and with a beam of 36 metres.
