CMN design Office is teaming up naval architects and designers with marine engineers, design office specialist teams and weapon systems department, to develop the platform that will integrate the structural design, propulsion systems, electrical systems, piping and HVAC systems, weapon, navigation, communication and audio/video systems, and communication with the coordination constraints to achieve an optimum balance between performance, operability, comfort and maintainability. Maaskant Shipyards Stellendam is focused mainly on building Fishing Vessels. However, we are also active in the design and construction of seagoing workboats such as Buoy Laying and Offshore Vessels. We have an extensive staff with broad experience in designing tailor-made vessels and winches to meet the specific requirements of our customers. Maaskant makes use of its own well-equipped engineering works to provide an optimised 24-hour service. Our three dry docks are fully equipped to service larger vessels as well. Damen Maaskant Shipyards Stellendam continuously improves its service levels through use of the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) certified management system.
