Jiangsu Runyang Shipyard Co., Ltd., formerly known as Yangzhou Zhaoguan Shipyard Co., Ltd.; often referred to as "Runyang Shipbuilding" or "Runyang Shipyard" was founded on July 26,2004. The shipyard covers an area of approximately 500 mu and boasts 508 meters of shoreline along the Yangtze River.
