Rizhao Kingda Shipbuilding Heavy Industry is one subsidiary company of Rizhao Port Shipbuilding & Machinery Industry Co., Ltd (RPIC), with a registered capital of 75 million Yuan. As one R&D manufacturing base for marine fishery equipment in Shandong province, Rizhao Kingda has obtained the Grade-I Class III Production Qualification of steel general ships, Grade-I Production Qualification of steel fishing vessels, Class B Design Qualification of steel fishery vessels and the Design & Construction Qualification of marine fishery platforms. Equipped with the annual production capacity of building 30 ships of 30,000 tons and below, and repairing 30 ships of 200,000 tons and below, we has acquired the certifications of quality, environment and occupational health and safety system, and the certifications from the CCS, GL, BV and ABS Classification Society. The main business scope of Rizhao Kingda covers shipbuilding, ship repairing, old ship reconstruction and maintenance, marine machinery manufacturing, steel structure engineering, trade agency, as well as the import and export right. Rizhao Kingda now has 124 employees, including more than 10 experts in various sectors, and has obtained over 10 national patents and 8 provincial and ministerial results. With fixed assets of 210 million Yuan, occupying an area of ​​150,000 square meters, Rizhao Kingda has owned more than 80 sets of special equipments and facilities for shipbuilding, such as 600-meter wharf shoreline, 30,000-ton dry dock, 2500T floating dock, 210m×27m slipway, 300T gantry crane, 200T hydraulic platform lorry, etc. Rizhao Kingda has 11 large-scale workshops, which can realize indoor segmentation construction, segment assembly, and segmental integral sandblasting.
