<h1>Hull cleaning with reclaim</h1>
Ships or systems that are partly submerged in seawater or freshwater face varying degrees of fouling, because of the organisms in the water. Due to this fouling, hull efficiency could degrade after certain period of time, this worsens the hull conditions and due to this there is loss of energy performance. The speed of the vessel decreases and fuel consumption increases at the same rate at which the speed decreases, so to increase the speed and decrease the consumption of fuel, hull cleaning is carried out. In order to protect this, hull cleaning is carried out, there are various different methods for cleaning of hull, basically in hull cleaning, the organisms which are settled on the hull are removed, as these organisms cause great damage to vessels.
Reclaim systems are filter systems, which remove the particles by separating and suck the waste which is to be removed, this waste is transferred to the surface, in the filtration system. For hull cleaning, there are many methods; underwater methods, also there are dry dock methods, this method with reclaim system is a new and effective method which will help to remove the organisms from the surface of the hull. The residues and contains on the hull are cleaned and suck by a machine, after cleaning the particles are separated and unwanted substances are left out and the other water is filtered so that it again be again released into the water. There is no harm to the hull as it remains intact, and only the organisms which are settled and the liquid settled on the hull is taken by the reclaim system in order to clean the hull. This reclaim system basically a filtration system is very effective and also takes less time, as hull cleaning is very important and should be carried out after a certain period of time, it could be done by the reclaim system.
