The forerunner of 2×1 HOLDING CAPE MIDIA SHIPYARD, Marea Neagra Shipyard, first became operational in 1987 under state ownership. In 1999, the shipyard was fully privatizated, leading to the establishment of 2×1 HOLDING CAPE MIDIA SHIPYARD. For more than 17 years, our shipyard has been a leading ship repair facility in the region. Now we are even better.
