The Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY) is one of the four public shipyards operated by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). It is located in Portsmouth, Virginia, and is responsible for maintaining and repairing the US Navy's fleet of ships and submarines.
